At StateLineTack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and free of horse hair or debris.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
